Simon Shaw is still going strong for superstar side Toulon and this week we catch up with the evergreen former England lock.

The 39 year-old's team – who have Jonny Wilkinson, Bakkies Botha and Matt Giteau in their ranks – lead the French Top 14 and their Heineken Cup Pool this season.

Shaw, who won 71 England caps, reflects on his career and Toulon's season – and reveals his excitement following England's 38-21 win over New Zealand earlier this month.

"We were playing that day and I was following it on twitter which was exciting enough. We couldn't quite believe our eyes when the scores kept coming up," he told the Podcast.

Our reporter Nick Heath also caught up with Will Greenwood and some Aviva Premiership players on a driving day to promote the Aviva Drive app.

London Irish and London Welsh players were put through their paces with Greenwood and teammates Gordon Ross and Jonathan Mills from London Welsh taking the honours.

Greenwood also runs the rule over the QBE Internationals and looks forward to the RBS 6 Nations, saying "as a tipster I'd go four out of five... within the camp they'll be talking about winning all five."
