This evening’s Under 20 Six Nations game between Italy Under 20 and England Under 20 in Rovigo, Italy, has been postponed by French referee Cedric Marchat due to a frozen pitch.
England head coach Rob Hunter said: “It’s massively disappointing for the lads. We’ve trained well and prepared well all week so to not play at the end of that is shame, but the pitch has been deemed unplayable and we have to respect that.”
England’s next game is the home clash against Wales at The Stoop on Friday, February 24.
