Ben Morgan looks forward to making his first start for England in this weekend’s RBS 6 Nations contest against Wales in this week’s RFU Podcast.

The Scarlets No.8 tells us about running out at Twickenham for the first time, the banter he’s been receiving from his Scarlets teammates and his expectations of a big back row battle.

We also catch up with centre Manusamoa Tuilagi on his return to the side, scrum half Lee Dickson on making his first start and boss Stuart Lancaster explains the changes to the team that beat Italy 19-15 in Rome.

England’s Women tackle their Welsh counterparts at Twickenham in the second half of Saturday’s double-header which kicks off at 6.15pm.

Previewing the game are hooker Vicky Fleetwood – once a fellow student of Tuilagi’s at John Cleveland College in Hinckley – and Maggie Alphonsi.

On Friday night, England U20 (7.45pm) and England Students (5pm) are both in action at the Twickenham Stoop.

We speak to Anthony Watson, the 17-year-old London Irish full back who steps into the U20s after helping England U18 beat France last weekend.
