Acting Chief Executive Stephen Brown and Chief Commercial Officer Sophie Goldschmidt from the RFU's new executive team update us on the Union's future plans and announce an exciting new partnership with GlaxoSmithKline brands Maximuscle and Lucozade Sport.
Foden is itching to get back on the field training next week in Leeds with a new-look England squad containing nine uncapped players with ambitions to hit the ground running under Stuart Lancaster.
"With these young guys coming in they'll be keen to show what they can do in an England shirt and drive the rest of us to progress - it's an exciting time," said Foden. "It [Murrayfield] is a massive game and if we can get that vital away win that can set the ball rolling for us."
Before the RBS 6 Nations get under way the Saxons face the O2 Ireland Wolfhounds on January 28 and Callard talks about the "huge potential" he has at his disposal.
And Walker hopes to follow in those footsteps too, starting with the first game in the defence of England's U20 RBS 6 Nations title against Scotland at Firhill on February 3.
The RFU Podcast takes you inside English rugby from the grassroots to the elite.
