  • England Under 20 squad make visit to local school in South Africa
  • Incredible how many kids were there to welcome us – Addison

England Under 20 squad members Tommy Bell, Will Addison, Jamie Elliott, Koree Britton and Ben Nutley gave Symphony High School in South Africa a treat when they popped in to visit during a school assembly.

The visit, part of the IRB's Junior World Championship legacy programme, proved very popular with players and pupils alike and full back Bell couldn’t believe the welcome they got.

“It was awesome to come and meet the kids,” the London Wasps man said. “To come and see where they learn, and to see the type of backgrounds they all come from was pretty special.

“We didn’t really know what to expect but it was brilliant – they gave us such a warm welcome.”

Sale Sharks’ Will Addison added: “It was good – it was incredible how many kids were there to welcome us at such a passionate school.”
