Graham Smith set to run Scrum Factory sessions

12 June 2012

  • England Women’s assistant coach at Willenhall and Duldey Kingswinford
  • Scrum sessions in West Midlands, sponsored by Marsh

Graham Smith, assistant coach of England Women and scrum coach of RFU Championship winners London Welsh, will be passing on tips on front row play at two Scrum Factory sessions in the West Midlands later this month.

Smith, who played for England Under 23s, Scotland A, Wolverhampton, Moseley, Stourbridge and Staffordshire during a distinguished playing career, will be at Willenhall RFC on June 21 and Dudley Kingswinford RFC on June 26 (7pm-9pm).

The Scrum Factory sessions, sponsored by Marsh, are aimed at coaches who wish to increase their knowledge of front row play and to update on developments relating to the scrum.

The sessions are open to all coaches and each coach can bring along one player who wishes to increase their knowledge of the scrum. Players must be aged 16 or over and coaches can attend without bringing a player.

The cost is £15.50 per coach and places can be booked by contacting Sarah Blackburn:
