New Chief Executive Ian Ritchie joins us on this week’s RFU Podcast to lay out his plans for the future.

Ritchie, who started work at Twickenham this week, tells us he’s privileged to be working in an inspiring sport and talks about his long and short term priorities.

Those start with the appointment of a new England Head Coach – he outlines the make-up of the advisory panel and the processes involved – and the growth of the sport in the build-up to the 2015 Rugby World Cup.

England suffered their first defeat of the RBS 6 Nations last weekend when Wales snatched a 19-12 win at Twickenham in the final minutes and we caught up with captain Chris Robshaw after the game.

The team headed to Loughborough for training this week where Toby Flood was reunited with his former team Morpeth, who were treated to a training session with England as winners of the O2 For England Club Screenings prize.

Flood and Morpeth’s Tom Wilkinson and Jo Forsythe look back his spell with the club.
