With the first leg of the HSBC Sevens tournament in Australia creeping ever closer, Sevens man Vickerman can't wait to get out there: "We've had a really good pre-season but the series has snuck up on us!" he said. "We're in a really tough group, which seems to be the norm nowadays such is the quality of the teams competing, but we're really looking forward to it.

"It's time to showcase our stuff and put into the practice all of the work we've been doing in pre-season. Consistency is key in Sevens, we'll try and win every tournament, as will every team, but the key is to be consistent and pick up points when they're on offer."
