Joe Launchbury has enjoyed a stellar season for England with nine international caps under his belt at the age of 21.

We caught up with the London Wasps lock –  in action against Leinster in the Amlin Challenge Cup on Friday night – at the BMW Wellington International Festival.

Launchbury, who watched England South U16 beat Scotland U16, reviews his progress so far and the challenges ahead with club and country as well as the prospect of heading overseas this summer.
