Saracens and Toulon go head-to-head at Twickenham Stadium in the semi finals of the Heineken Cup this weekend.

We catch up with Steffon Armitage, the flanker who crossed the Channel from London Irish in 2011 to join a cosmopolitan side with big name internationals from half-a-dozen different nations.

"We're not a bunch of mercenaries or a bunch of rock stars," he told the Podcast.

"We're a team that's come together for one reason and that's to win titles."

Saracens and England fly half Owen Farrell talks about the prospect of facing Jonny Wilkinson, who admits he's returning to his favourite home.

Charlie Hodgson – who's played with both – assesses the match-up, while Lawrence Dallaglio gives his overview of a big weekend of European action.

We also hunt down a fresh perspective on the state of the game in Australia and who should win the call to go there with the British & Irish Lions.

We hear about the new names in the mix for the Wallabies, who should be taking them on and what will swing the series from former Wallaby Dean Mumm, Shane Howarth and John Smit.
