England Under 18s coaches John Fletcher and Ian Peel have named their side to take on France in the final match of their South Africa tour at the Boland Rugby Stadium, Wellington, kick-off 1300 (GMT). Updates will be available on the @Official_RFU Twitter feed.

The meeting is the first between the two side’s since March’s FIRA/AER European Championship final – a game that England won 27-22.

Captain James Chisholm led his side to victory that day and is confident in his players. He said: “It was pretty tough last time we played France – they were at home and had a massive amount of home support. But this is a different game in a different venue and we know that it’s going to be a challenge.

“We haven’t played quite as well as we would have liked so far on this tour so we know that we’re due a big performance. This is the last time that we’ll play together as a group and we owe it to each other to give it everything.

“The tour has been brilliant though – it’s always good to come to new places and we’ve been welcomed with open arms here. It was disappointing to lose that first game against South Africa, but we showed good character against Wales to get the win and now we just need one more push against the French.”
