On this week’s RFU podcast, we hear from England Sevens skipper Ollie Phillips as he prepares to set sail as one of the newest members of the Great Britain crew to tackle the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race.

In what is likely to be his toughest challenge yet, the 2009 IRB World Sevens Player of the Year will compete in the 40,000-mile, 11-month race which starts on Sunday from London's Tower Bridge.

We also speak to former England Women captain Catherine Spencer who makes her return to rugby following retirement in 2010, donning her boots for the first time in two years as part of the newly promoted Aylesford Blues. We hear why the 63 capped forward is returning to the field in this week's pod.

England U18 forwards coach Peter Walton is also on hand to give his views on an acadamey tournament he attended last week at Harrow School to scout some talent ahead of the new season.
