Bournville win again at North Midlands Fe Sevens Series

Bournville College continued their run of success in the North Midlands FE Sevens when they won their second consecutive tournament of the season at Birmingham & Solihull’s Portway ground.

Bournville won the first event at Five Ways OE and followed up by winning all three of their matches in the four-team tournament without conceding a point.

Bournville beat Barr Beacon Sixth Form College 29-0 in their opening match, King Edward Sheldon Heath 29-0 and finished with a 25-0 win over Solihull College in the tournament finale.

King Edward Sheldon Heath finished as runners-up with Barr Beacon third and Solihull fourth.

The North Midlands FE Sevens is organised by the RFU’s team of Community Rugby Coaches in Birmingham and is now in its third season.
