Dylan Hartley and Courtney Lawes are among ten players released for club duty by England Head Coach Stuart Lancaster ahead of this weekend's Aviva Premiership action.

The Northampton duo, both of whom started in last Saturday's victory over France, will be available for the Saints tie against London Irish at Franklins Gardens.

On the injury front, Owen Farrell (Saracens), Ben Morgan (Gloucester Rugby) and Billy Vunipola (London Wasps) will continue their recovery at Pennyhill Park under a joint club-England medical programme. Farrell sustained a quad injury in the France game, while Morgan and Vunipola both have ankle complaints.

Speaking about Farrell's progress, Lancaster said: “This week is partly about recharging our batteries after a tough Test match but we trained well today and are in pretty good shape. Owen is still recovering from his tight quad muscle and probably won't train this week but we are fortunate to have Toby who came on and did well against France.”
