Greene King IPA Championship double-header dates confirmed

Following the unveiling of the Aviva Premiership 2013-14 fixtures, the Rugby Football Union (RFU) has confirmed the dates and kick-off times for the Greene King IPA Championship double-headers.

Led by the Championship clubs, the double-header weekend on September 14 and 15 is designed to kick off the new season under Greene King IPA with a festival of Championship rugby, taking place at the three neutral venues of Allianz Park, Castle Park and Sandy Park. The matches will form part of the 23-round league season, with points counting towards the clubs' final league standing.

Sky Sports, who will extend their Championship coverage to 18 games across the 2013-14 season, will broadcast both fixtures live from Sandy Park on Sunday, September 15.

Allianz Park, Saturday, September 14:
Ealing Trailfinders v London Scottish, KO 13.00
London Welsh v Bedford Blues, KO 15.15

Castle Park, Saturday, September 14:
Moseley v Rotherham Titans, KO 13.00
Nottingham Rugby v Leeds Carnegie, KO 15.15

Sandy Park, Sunday, September 15:
Plymouth Albion v Jersey RFC , KO 13.15
Cornish Pirates v Bristol Rugby, KO 15.30

Tickets for the double-headers will be available from all Greene King IPA Championship clubs.
