Stuart Lancaster has revealed his new look England team for Saturday’s first Test against Argentina. The Junior World Championships kicked off in France on Wednesday night and we caught up with Harlequins No 8 Jack Clifford, who scored two of England’s tries, in an impressive 30-6 win over the host nation as well as Northampton Saints’ Alex Day.

England Sevens are in action this weekend with round one of the FIRA European Grand Prix Series in Lyon. With the Rugby World Cup Sevens in Moscow just weeks away (June 28-30) we caught up with Tom Mitchell who will captain the side.

Last but by no means least, we caught up with Scott Quinnell, the former Wales and British & Irish Lions Number 8 who is turning his hand to decorating as part of the Natwest RugbyForce weekend programme.
