One Midlands club is guaranteed a place in the quarter-finals of the National Colts Cup after Luctonians and Paviors were paired in the fifth round.
Luctonians from Herefordshire will have home advantage for the tie, which is due to be played at Mortimer Park on March 9.
Three more Midlands clubs are through to the fifth round, the last 16, of the competition.
Wellingborough, who beat Lichfield 15-5 in the fourth round, will now host Percy Park from North Shields on March 16 and Dudley Kingswinford, who beat Derby 18-8, will host Billingham on March 10.
Worcester Wanderers, who won the National Colts Plate seven years ago, will also have home advantage against Wharfedale on March 3.
In the National Colts Plate Old Northamptonians, who were beaten finalists three years ago, have been drawn at home to Westoe in the fifth round, which is scheduled to be played on or before March 24.
Walsall will host Nuneaton in an all-Midlands tie and Kettering will travel to play Halifax-based Heath.
The National Colts Cup was introduced for the 1997/98 season as part of the East Midlands RU's centenary celebrations and has continued to grow in popularity.
The Plate was introduced in the 1999/2000 season.
Both competitions are organised by the East Midlands RU. This season they have become competitions for Under 18 Colts teams from English clubs. Previously both competitions were contested by Under 19 teams.
