Italy coach Jacques Brunel has made seven changes to his side ahead of Saturday's RBS 6 Nations meeting with England at Twickenham, with captain Sergio Parisse returning to earn his 94th cap following a reduced ban picked up while on club duty.

Brunel has also reinstated Luciano Orquera at No. 10 following a drop to the bench against Wales for the hero of their opening victory over France.

The head coach has also rung the changes in the Italy pack with open side Robert Barbieri and locks Joshua Furno and Quintin Geldenhuys coming into the side, while prop Alberto De Marchi replaces Andrea Lo Cicero.

Completing the reshuffle is inside centre Gonzalo Garcia, with Gonzalo Canale moving to outside centre.
