On this week’s RFU Podcast we hear from the England camp after their emphatic 40-12 win against the Barbarians. Speedster Christian Wade gives us his thoughts, we also hear from Gloucester new boy Matt Kvesic as well as Head Coach Stuart Lancaster.

Wade said: “We have a young, exciting backline – there’s a lot of talent in there. South America is going to be a great experience; I’m overly excited about it to be honest! It’s a short tour and there will be a quick turnaround but we’re going to go there and give it our best shot. There are some real form players in the squad and that can only be a good thing – we can’t wait.”

Last weekend also saw Leicester Tigers crowned Aviva Premiership champions for the tenth time, after they beat 14-man Northampton 37-17 – we hear from Saints fly half Stephen Myler and winning scrum half Ben Youngs.

In addition:

  • England’s most capped International Jason Leonard is backing the Lions for success this summer
  • England Under 20 back row Matt Hankin gives us the lowdown ahead of this summer’s IRB Junior World Championship in France
