This week's RFU Podcast prepares for another QBE Internaional weekend with back-row duo Chris Robshaw and Tom Wood ready to face Argentina.

England's women are also on the field at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday, while two of England's Junior World Championship winners prepare for action in the LV= Cup.

Captain Robshaw believes there are further improvements to be made on the 20-13 Cook Cup victory against Australia and highlights the role of Mike Brown in lifting the side.

Wood led England to their 2-0 series win against the Pumas in the summer and expects a similarly physical challenge this time out, with the likes of David Wilson and Joe Marler coming into the front row for the battle.

We also hear from Austin Healey, who believes that the summer tour has increased the options available to Stuart Lancaster.

Flanker Maggie Alphonsi returns from a long spell on the sidelines and assesses the task facing England's women against France (5.05pm). Entry to Twickenham Stadium is free following the conclusion of the men's QBE International against Argentina.

Finally, we catch up with Exeter's Jack Nowell and Bath's David Sisi at the launch of this season's LV= Cup. Both players helped England lift the Junior World Championship title in France and more young guns will get their chance in this season's domestic cup competition.
