Simon Amor takes charge of England Sevens this season and we catch up with the four-time Hong Kong champion in this week’s RFU Podcast.

We also speak to the Joe Lydon, the new Head of International Player Development, mark the two-years-to-go milestone until the Rugby World Cup 2015 and look forward to England Women’s autumn internationals.

Both Amor and Lydon were at Paddington Station to mark the announcement of Heathrow Express as the official principle partner of England Sevens.

Amor is counting down to the start of the HSBC Sevens World Series in Australia next month, while Lydon's remit is to guide the development of future stars.

Two years out from the Rugby World Cup was also marked this week at the launch of the RFU’s Posts in the Park campaign. We caught up with RFU Chief Executive Ian Ritchie and England Rugby 2015 Chief Executive Debbie Jevans.

Finally, with England Women set to face France at Twickenham Stadium on November 9 and Canada on November 13 at the Twickenham Stoop, we chatted to No. 8 Sarah Hunter.
