In this week's RFU Podcast we're at Franklin's Gardens chatting to Northampton Saints centre Luther Burrell, a tourist with England this summer. He explains the improvements he has made to his game.

One of Saints' big summer signings, George North, also tells us about adjusting to life in the Aviva Premiership.

Elsewhere, 10 years on from 2003, Jason Leonard is hard at work taking rugby to a new young audience.

The World Cup winner – and still England's most capped player – was in Newham playing an active part in the RFU's All Schools programme.

Rokeby School is one of 100 new state secondary schools to join the programme this season and Leonard, who will be the RFU President in the year of the 2015 World Cup, was coaching and chatting with youngsters.
