George Ford is standing by to win his first cap as England prepare to face Ireland in the RBS 6 Nations at Twickenham Stadium tomorrow (4pm, live on BBC One).

We catch up with the young Bath Rugby fly half – on the bench tomorrow for the first time – as well as prop David Wilson and a cast of other rugby stars ahead of the third round of this season's Championship.

Rugby World Cup winner-Phil Vickery gives his verdict on the big game and the Irish view comes from captain Paul O'Connell.

The Podcast also canvassed the opinions of former England No.8 Nick Easter and ex-Ireland full back Conor O'Shea as Harlequins showcased their work as part of the Aviva Premiership Rugby Schools Programme.

England Women are in action at Twickenham immediately after the men's game with captain Katie McLean ready for a big performance against the reigning Six Nations champions. Their match is live on the BBC Red Button and online, kicking off at 6pm.

Finally, England Under 20 forwards coach Ian Peel sets the scene ahead of their big game against Ireland at Franklin's Gardens tomorrow evening.
