Big Ben Morgan is the man in the spotlight in this week's RFU Podcast in the build-up to next weekend's clash between England and Wales at Twickenham Stadium.

The Dursley Bull replaced the injured Billy Vunipola in the 13-10 win against Ireland and is ready to take on Wales, where he played for Scarlets before joining Gloucester Rugby.

Head Coach Stuart Lancaster believes Morgan can help maintain the momentum England have generated against Scotland and Ireland.

We also catch up with Emily Scarratt after England Women won 17-10 at Twickenham and Nick Walshe, who's England U20 side beat their Ireland counterparts 33-9 at Northampton.

Elsewhere, England hooker Tom Youngs reflects on the importance of the IPA Greene King Championship in his development.

World Cup-winner Phil Vickery looks at the findings of research commissioned by RBS into participation in sport and its values and lock Nick Kennedy enjoys getting involved in the Aviva Schools Programme.
