Stuart Lancaster has picked his squad for the RBS 6 Nations and we focus on the England selections in this week's Podcast.

We also hear from Leicester Tigers and England prop Dan Cole and Harlequins Head Coach John Kingston as they prepare for the next two rounds of Heineken Cup action.

England Head Coach Lancaster has updated his Elite Player Squad and named a 35-man group to use in the RBS 6 Nations campaign, which kicks off against France in Paris on February 1.

The most eye-catching call-up is Bath Rugby's George Ford with the likes of Stephen Myler, Luther Burrell, Jonny May, Anthony Watson and Jack Nowell involved in the backs and Ed Slater up front.

Before England convene in camp there are two weeks of European action to be settled. Cole is looking forward to big games against Treviso and Ulster that will determine who qualifies for the knockout stages from Pool 5.

Kingston and Harlequins tackle Clermont and Scarlets and the Harlequins man has been preparing his pack for the new “non-verbal” cue from the referee for the scrum put-in.
