Stade Francais fly half Jules Plisson will make his France debut in their RBS 6 Nations opener against England in Paris on Saturday (February 1).

The 22-year-old will partner Toulouse's Jean-Marc Doussain – the 10th half back pairing of coach Philippe Saint-Andre's two-year tenure.

Lock Pascal Pape will captain the side in the absence of injured flanker Thierry Dusautoir.

Racing Metro's Bernard Le Roux replaces Dusautoir in the back row, with Mathieu Bastareaud lining up at centre alongside Wesley Fofana.
