Ahead of next month’s Women’s Rugby World Cup in France, a selection of England Women stars showed RFUtv the drills they undergo to hone their specialist skills.
Aside from the basics of tackling, handling and kicking, there are different attributes required at the highest level dependant on individual positions.
These skills are demonstrated by England fly half Katy Mclean, scrum half Natasha Hunt, centre Emily Scarratt, No.8 Sarah Hunter, prop Rochelle Clark and hooker Emma Croker.
