On this week's RFU Podcast, England Under 20 centre Nick Tompkins looks ahead to Friday's Junior World Championship clash with Australia.

The Saracens youngster says Nick Walshe's charges are determined to move on from their opening game, a 63-3 thrashing of Italy in Pukehoke, but will need to be on their mettle.

We also hear from Stuart Lancaster, who explains a few key selections for Saturday's first Test against New Zealand at Eden Park.
