On this week's RFU Podcast, England Under 20 star Maro Itoje looks ahead to Friday's Junior World Championship final against South Africa.

The Saracens youngster has been in outstanding form throughout the tournament but is under no illusions that the final hurdle will be the toughest one to negotiate for Nick Walshe's charges.

Itoje will captain the side from lock as England attempt to retain the trophy they won for the first time last summer.

We also hear from Stuart Lancaster, who explains a few key selections for Saturday's thirdTest against New Zealand in Hamilton – including that of Kyle Eastmond over Billy Twelvetrees in the centre.

Fly half Freddie Burns is another new face in a re-jigged backline charged with securing a consolation win. We caught up with him, as well as skipper Chris Robshaw.
