August sees England Women take on the world in France as they look to clinch the Women's Rugby World Cup, and this week the RFU Podcast caught up with Katy Mclean and Danielle Waterman – two veterans of the side who are deseprate to clinch some silverware.

Both were involved in the heartbreaking final defeat to New Zealand four years ago, and say preparation has been going extremely well.

We also speak to Nick Walshe, who has left his position as head coach of England Under 20 and joined Gloucester Rugby as backs and attack coach.

He looks back at a summer that saw his age-group charges claim a second consecutive Junior World Championship crown, beating their South African counterparts 21-20 in a tense final.

Finally, England head coach Stuart Lancaster is on hand to review his team's tour of New Zealand. Although a tough series ended in 3-0 defeat, he believes there are plenty of positives to take heading into an extremely important season.
