Italy captain Sergio Parisse returns to lead his side in their final RBS 6 Nations game on Saturday against England in Rome (kick-off 12.30pm).

The Stade Francais No.8 has recovered from a thigh injury and is recalled as one of coach Jacques Brunel's three changes to the side downed by Ireland last weekend. Paul Derbyshire drops to the bench.

Elsewhere, Zebre's Matias Aguero replaces Alberto De Marchi at loose head and Treviso's Lorenzo Cittadini comes in for the injured Martin Castrogiovanni.

Brunel has also included uncapped Zebre second row George Biagi among the replacements as Italy go in search of their first 2014 campaign win and a first ever victory over England.
