RBS 6 Nations Player Diary 13 #O2InsideLine

14 March 2014

  • Hartley, Farrell and Mako Vunipola update from camp
  • See behind-the-scenes footage and informal chat during RBS 6 Nations

In the thirteenth of RFUtv's RBS 6 Nations Player Diaries, England trio Dylan Hartley, Owen Farrell and Mako Vunipola bring you up-to-date with what's been happening at the end of the Italy Test week.

Hartley and Farrell are on good form in the sunshine discussing the day’s meetings, gym and rugby sessions, plus Dylan’s recent successes on social media. Plus the hooker teaches Owen some a new vocab, ending with immortal line “stick with me, you’ll learn a bit”.

Meanwhile, Vunipola chats from England’s captain’s run at the Stadio Olimpico after his late call-up to the starting line-up in place of Joe Marler, who has stayed in the UK with his partner for the imminent arrival of his first child.

The Saracens loose head talks about his preparation for the game and the “coliseum” like feel of emerging onto the pitch from underground changing rooms.
