With the Marriott London Sevens at Twickenham fast approaching to mark the end of the HSBC Seven World Series campaign, Simon Amor’s charges need to stay at peak fitness
After winning the plate up in Glasgow, England sit fourth in the HSBC Sevens World Series standings behind New Zealand, South Africa and Fiji.
They will be intent on finishing strongly, but will have to be on their mettle from the very start after being drawn alongside Argentina, Wales and runaway leaders New Zealand in a tough Group A.
Sevens is one of the most gruelling sports in the world, and England Sevens have a dedicated fitness guru in Dan Howells to work alongside the players.
