Assistant Coach of the England Women's Under 20s team, Steve is a former lock for London Welsh, Bedford Blues and Rugby Lions.
A back injury ended Steve's playing career but that opened the door for coaching where he first got involved at Rugby Lions. There he was the forwards coach and then, later, the team's Head Coach.
Since then he has taken on a coaching role with Northampton Saints' Elite Player Development Group and joined the England Women's U20s set-up. He is a line-out specialist, and adds his invaluable experiences to the England Women's Senior team.
Steve is currently working on his RFU Level 3 Coaching Award. He is also a PE teacher at Caroline Chisholm School.
