Assistant Coach of the England Women's Sevens team, Susie is also a former England international scrum-half. She first made her debut in 1994 and was a regular feature of the England team for 13 years before hanging up her boots in 2007 and amassing 65 caps. Susie has also played Sevens for England between 1997 and 2001 and played club rugby for Novocastrians, Leeds, Saracens and Clifton.
Coaching was a natural progression for Susie, whose father was also a former President of the Rugby Football Union.
