Rugby has been a huge part of Henry's life since he first held an oval ball at the age of nine at his local club Marlow RFC.
He cites his dad as a key figure in his development as he's been a "massive support figure through training and has helped me to keep the right mental attitude in rugby."
A talented musician – Henry is equally at home sitting at a piano as he is playing scrum half – he is currently studying Fine Art at Loughborough University, where he now plays his club rugby, after spending the season before last in Harlequins' esteemed academy. In May this year, he signed for Saracens academy before playing four matches in the IRB Junior World Championship in New Zealand and helping England to win the title. He scored two tries in the 38-24 pool match win over Australia.
In terms of people he admires, they are as diverse as his lifestyle – from his family, to his school coach Andy Houston, to Quins backs Nick Evans, Danny Care and Karl Dickson, he says that he has the utmost respect for them all.
Henry previously represented England at Under 18s Clubs & Schools level before further international honours followed at Under 20s level, and his impact was immediate – he came off the bench against Ireland for his debut at Franklin's Gardens last March and played his part in the 33-9 win.
He made his first start against Wales two weeks later after captain Callum Braley pulled out before kick-off and had his first try minutes into the game – the first of England's ten in the 67-7 victory.
