Head Coach of the England Women's Under 20s team, Amanda has been involved in the women's game for several years both as a player and a coach.

A former Welsh international Amanda won 25 caps as well as three caps for Great Britain at fly-half.

Amanda also helped establish women's Premiership side Saracens, whom she later coached and led the team to an unprecedented league treble. She has also coached Wales A Women and the senior women's Wales squad.

In 2004 she was appointed Assistant Coach to the England A women's team, rising to Head Coach in 2005 and going on to win the European Championships.

In 2010 Amanda was appointed Head Coach to England U20s, focusing on developing players with potential. Just a season later she led the team to an unbeaten season including victory at the Nations Cup in the USA.

Amanda is a Level 3 Qualified Coach and a UK Sport High Performance Coach Mentor. She was winner of the sportscoach UK Coaching Chain Award in 2010. Additionally, she works for UK Sport as Head of Governance.
