The 16-18women's and club apprentices courses take two years to complete, with the AASE framework providing a structured national training and development route.

The framework contains a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) which is fully reflective of the broad range of competences required to be successful in the AASE, such as the technical, tactical, physical and psychological aspects of rugby while also preparing participants for alternative career opportunities.

Find out more about the AASE programme by visiting the sections on the left.
