Level 3 Suspension Training
FKPRO Suspension Training for Rugby (Level 3) with **RFU CPD points is a two-day course to train coaches in rugby-specific Suspended Bodyweight Training.

FKPro Suspension Training for Rugby has been put together by some of the leading experts in rugby and suspension training. Using this experience FKPRO Suspension Training has created a safe and effective system that can be used to improve players’:

Course pre-requisites
To participate on the course the attendee must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess one of the following awards:
- FKPro Certified Level 2 Instructor
- UKSCA ASCC
- BWLA Instructor
- Qualified REPs accredited personal trainer
- Chartered physiotherapist
- 1st4sport Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Strength & Conditioning
- Other admissions will be at the discretion of the course organisers
