CPD - Scrum Factory
The Scrum Factory aims to increase the number of players able to play in the scrum, particularly the front row. The course is designed to help coaches and players to understand individual and collective techniques, as well as position specific conditioning.
Meaningful sessions can be delivered regardless of numbers attending training and with minimal equipment and expense to the club or school.

CPD - Continuity in Attack, 15-a-side game
The continuity module explores effective support play and the skills required to maintain an attack with the ball in hand. Coaches have a huge responsibility when working with players in their formative years. Traditionally, players have been subjected to elaborate drills intended to develop technical skill, but young players need to understand the game before skill development coaching improves them.

Safeguarding "Play it safe"
The aim of the three-hour Play It Safe workshop is to provide a rugby-specific basic awareness of safeguarding and protecting children, vulnerable adults and those involved in organising and coaching rugby.
Fundamental to the workshop is ensuring everyone understands what best practice in rugby looks like and an appreciation how we can achieve this, working together as a safeguarding team.
