Instructions for IE11 users

In some cases there can be issues with the display of the pre-requisites list when using Internet Explorer 11 with Windows 8. In these cases the pre-requisites will be displayed as per the following screenshot:

To resolve this, it may be necessary to enable compatibility mode within the browser, this can be done by selecting “Compatibility View Settings” from the Tools menu:

This will open up a pop-up window where can be added to a list of sites which use Compatibility mode:

Click Add and then close the window:

The page will be refreshed and the Pre-requisite checklist should now display correctly:
