Beach rugby is a fast-moving, non-contact, five-a-side game where a tackle is replaced by a tag, making it suitable for men and women of all ages to play together.

The sport has quickly become a favourite at coastal locations around the country, where pitches are marked out on the soft sand and stretches of coastline become the venue for day or weekend events.
