O2 Pathfinders - your route into a rugby club

VIDEO – Being an O2 Pathfinder

O2 Pathfinders make it easier for players to carry on playing rugby when you need to find a new club. We know that getting involved with a new team can be difficult, especially when you may already have a lot to contend with in a new area.

O2 Pathfinders, part of the RFU Play On campaign, will make the right connections at a new club so you can get all the benefits of joining a new team – new mates, new camaraderie, new experiences, but in the same great game.

A dedicated network of local club volunteers, O2 Pathfinders will make sure that if you are moving somewhere new, someone from a team in that area will know about it. They will contact you and introduce you to a suitable club, college or university team.

To make contact with an O2 Pathfinder, fill out the RFU Player Retention form (MS Word DOC 543kB) and the relevant O2 pathfinder will get in touch with you.

Alternatively, you can use the RFU.com club search to find the clubs in your area that have an RFU registered O2 Pathfinder and then use the contact details provided.

And if you want to stay involved in the off-season, there are stacks of fun opportunities throughout summer. Check out the beach, tag and touch events taking place around the country.
