Worcester Ladies
Worcester RFC has a thriving Ladies Section with two senior teams and two youth teams (U15s and U18s) offering rugby for all ages and standards from novices to internationals.
Since the Ladies 1st XV was established in 1993 the 1st XV has gone from strength to strength and has proudly held its own in the RFU Women’s Premiership for over a decade, finishing fifth last season.
The team are coached by Luke Fisher and Tim Stevenson, from Hartpury College, and by ex-international Donna Kennedy, capped 115 times for Scotland.
Worcester has a long history of international success, with five players representing their respective countries at the 2010 Rugby World Cup. This season, nine Worcester girls have been selected for the English Elite Playing Squad whilst Tracy Balmer continues the Scottish traditions of the club to prop for Scotland.
