The Rugby Football Union will host the world’s best 12 teams in August and September as they battle it out over 30 matches, all striving to become world champions on September 5th. The latest news on the Women's Rugby World Cup 2010 is available from the IRB's WRWC site.

New Zealand are the title holders, but after a successful RBS 6 Nations campaign, hosts England will be looking to take advantage of their home advantage and world number two ranking.

The showpiece tournament kicks-off on August 20 at the impressive new multi-million pound Surrey Sports Park in Guildford, which will host all of the pool games. Twickenham’s The Stoop, home of Guinness Premiership side Harlequins, will then provide a top-class finale to the tournament with the semi finals and final staged at the 14,200 capacity stadium.

Fans can opt to buy full tournament passes or individual match day tickets starting at just £10.
