Twickenham Stadium is committed to providing the same level of access for all its visitors, including the provision of tickets.

Match Day Facilities – Twickenham Stadium

  • 64 wheelchair bays in 3 separate raised, covered terraces that are accessed via lift
  • 272 accessible bays in uncovered pitchside enclosures that can be used for both wheelchair users and ambulant customers with access requirements
  • An accessible toilet at the exit of each pitchside enclosure, accessed via RADAR key
  • Accessible toilets on all 3 wheelchair terraces, accessed via RADAR key
  • Dedicated hearing loop seats in the lower tier, with headsets linking to radio or television commentary – please e-mail disabledaccess@therfu.com if you require these seats
  • Complimentary ticket provision for guide dogs if RFU Ticket Office is notified in advance
  • Lowered counters at dedicated bars provided by Wooden Spoon
  • There is no wheelchair storage or wheelchair hire facility at Twickenham Stadium

Accessible Tickets

Customers who are unable to climb stairs but are not disabled or who do not wish to be in the pitchside accessible enclosures should look to purchase lower tier seats in rows 2-15 through Ticketmaster or our eTicketing site.

Any customers with access requirements who require step-free access to pitchside enclosures or wheelchair terrace seating need to apply for accessible seats directly with the RFU Ticket Office.

Tickets for matches at Twickenham Stadium fall into two categories: Balloted and Public Sale.

The RFU Ticket Office will provide a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket to disabled customers, where necessary, as a reasonable adjustment under The Equality Act (2010). If a disabled customer requires a Personal Assistant in order to attend a match at Twickenham Stadium, they must register their requirement with us before applying for tickets. Customers requiring a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket must be seated in the accessible pitchside enclosures, wheelchair terraces or hearing loop seats.

Ticket Exchange

If you have purchased or been allocated seats that are unsuitable for your access requirements, we will try to exchange them for tickets in a more suitable area.

Exchanges for accessible seating cannot be guaranteed so you are advised to apply directly to the RFU Ticket Office in the first instance if you have specific requirements.

Charity Tickets

We a have a limited number of tickets that can be allocated to disability-focused charities for both balloted and public sale matches. These tickets are to be used for service users and accompanying staff only and not for staff incentives or for fundraising.

If you work for a disability focused charity and would like further information regarding applying for accessible tickets. please email disabledaccess@therfu.com or call 0871 222 2017.

Please note, charity applications for balloted matches must be made no later than one month before the match date.
