International Match Packages
Wheelchair Access Packages
The RFU prioritises tickets for rugby players who have suffered life-changing spinal cord and brain injuries while playing rugby. All other stadium wheelchair access is allocated through a ballot for rugby club and England Rugby Supporters Club (ERSC) members.
Wheelchair access for all international matches held at Twickenham Stadium consists of two tickets plus car parking for each wheelchair bay available. International ticketing is governed by the RFU’s terms and conditions, which apply equally across disabled and able-bodied rugby supporters.
Non-Wheelchair Easy Access Packages
Outside of the designated wheelchair bays and terraces, all other stadium tickets are issued to member clubs or through the ERSC ballot.
Membership of either a rugby club or the ERSC provides an entitlement to access these international tickets through the appropriate ballots. Any access requirements should be submitted to the RFU with your club's initial allocation form. This should be submitted in writing with the clubs original allocation form.
International ticket holders can ask to be re-seated if tickets issued are not suitable for their access needs. This should be done in writing to disabledaccess@therfu.com in advance of the match. Ticket re-seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
