Q: Is my seat undercover?
A: This depends on wind direction. Generally, seats in the upper and middle tiers are covered, as are those in West lower from row 14 backwards, the North, East and South from row 20 backwards.
Q: As priority to purchase tickets is given to member clubs, how do I join a club?
A: Details of clubs in your area can be obtained through the Club Finder.
Q: Ticketmaster is limited to 8 tickets per transaction. How do I purchase more tickets?
A: Group rates for groups of 10+ are offered on many non-international fixtures at Twickenham. Some events have schools/junior party rates – great for school or junior rugby club days out. Check out the Group Sales page for full information.
Q: Are junior tickets available for all matches?
A: Other than Grade A internationals (matches in the 6 Nations and versus the SANZAR members, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand) junior tickets are available for most fixtures at Twickenham. Juniors are classed as aged 15 and under.
Babes in arms and children under 2 are only allowed into the stadium with the permission of the RFU (Please contact the Stadium Operations Manager). They will not require a valid ticket but will only be permitted into the lower tiers and enclosure areas. Children aged 2 to 5 do require a valid ticket and must be seated in the lower tiers of the stadium. The upper tier of the stadium is not suitable for children under 8.
Q: What is the England Rugby Supporters’ Club (ERSC)?
A: Membership of ERSC entitles members to entry into a ballot for sell-out matches, priority of application for tickets which go on general sale and discounts on some non-international matches, as well as discounts on merchandise in the Rugby Store. Q: Who are the official providers of ticketed hospitality packages?
A: Ticketed hospitality packages for England Internationals are available from the following official providers:

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Tickets are not sold on a sale or return basis (does not apply to Grade A international matches). Therefore, only buy tickets if you are sure you can attend. For international matches please refer to your relevant Guidance Notes.
Q: Can I sell tickets I no longer require?
A: The selling of tickets is governed by the Terms and Conditions. These should be viewed carefully before considering selling tickets on.
Q: Can I buy tickets for England’s away internationals?
A: Under a reciprocal agreement, the RFU gets a small allocation of tickets for away internationals and these are allocated to member clubs and schools. England Rugby Travel (ERT) is the official travel company for the RFU and organises supporter travel packages with tickets to all of England’s away internationals.
Q: Can I park at Twickenham?
A: Parking is available at Twickenham for all events. Locations and prices do change depending on event – for full details of location, availability and how to book, please visit the parking page.
Q: Is the stadium accessible for all?
A: Yes, Twickenham Stadium has extensive wheelchair and easy access facilities but, as with all tickets, they are heavily oversubscribed for major international matches. For such matches, only injured ex-players, registered charities, club members and ERSC members will be considered for a wheelchair package.
Easy-access packages will only be made available to injured ex-players, registered charities and to those who have been allocated tickets by their club or through ERSC and need to be reseated. For further information visit the Disabled Facilities page.
Q: Is the upper tier of the stadium suitable for all?
A: Seats located in blocks U1 - U51 in the upper tier of Twickenham Stadium are not recommended for those with a fear of heights. Further to this, children under the age of 8 must be seated in either the lower or middle tiers of the stadium.
Q: What are the booking fees associated with booking via the RFU's eTicketing website?

The above booking fee structure will not apply to debenture holders reserved tickets. these will continue to be charged at a standard rate of £3 per ticket.

Q: As a club's International Ticket Secretary, when will I receive communications from the RFU Ticket Office?
A: Allocation forms for the 6 Nations Championship are usually distributed at the beginning of September for return in October and allocation forms for the QBE Internationals in November are usually distributed towards the end of June for return in August.
Tickets will usually be sent out at least three weeks before the first home match of each series. We will also send out periodic emails, sometimes with booking forms attached, for other popular fixtures. This will be sent to the registered Ticket Secretary’s email address.
Q: What does the RFU Ticket Office use our club's RugbyFirst page for?
A: Your club's entitlement to international tickets is determined by a points system using the data gathered on RugbyFirst. Contact details for all the above communications with your clubs are also collected for your club RugbyFirst pages, so it is important that your details are kept up to date.
