Rugby Strips and Textiles
World Rugby Museum
This workshop will investigate how rugby strips, boots and equipment have evolved since the 1840s.
Students will examine how rugby clothing has changed and improved due to innovations in technology; and changes within the sport, such as the advent of professionalism.
The workshop will culminate with a fun object-handling session in which students will get the opportunity to try on the different outfits.
