Accessibility at the World Rugby Museum

Wheelchair Access

The World Rugby Museum and the Twickenham Stadium Tour route are both fully accessible to wheelchairs. There are toilets accessible to wheelchair users.

Parking

There is free parking available for visitors to the World Rugby Museum in the Stadium’s Main Car Park.
Group bookings are requested to park in the North Car Park.

Assistance dogs

Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome at the World Rugby Museum and Twickenham Stadium Tours.

Non-English-speaking visitors

Information sheets about the Museum are available in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Welsh and Afrikaans.

Room-by-room Museum guides are available in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and Welsh.

The Tour route

Please note that the tour route is fully accessible and involves the use of lifts.
